Technical Requirements: • 2+ years of knowledge and understanding of the JDE Sales and Distribution module
• System Configuration: Setting up and managing core JDE modules such as Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing client workflows, identifying product gaps, and recommending best-practice solutions to enhance the O2C cycle.
• Implementation & Upgrades: Participating in full-lifecycle implementations, version upgrades, and data migration projects, from the initial blueprinting phase to post-go-live support.
• Testing & Validation: Developing test scenarios, creating functional specification documents, and guiding users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with developers to design custom reports and interfaces, as well as CNC/Database teams for system stability and JDE Orchestrator integrations.
Additional Responsibilities: • Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• One or two industry domain knowledge
