Responsibilities :
Promote automation-first testing by identifying highvalue regression areas and partnering with automation teams to build scalable test suites. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to clarify requirements, mitigate risks, resolve defects, and ensure release readiness. Define and track quality metrics (defect density, coverage, escape defects, execution progress) with clear stakeholder reporting.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Experience working in Agile or hybrid models, contributing to sprint ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines from a quality standpoint. Ability to translate complex billing and business rules into effective positive, negative, and boundary test scenarios. Effective stakeholder communication, clearly articulating quality status, risks, and dependencies to business and technical leaders.
