Responsibilities :
Manage and drive ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management Oversee change and deployment activities across non-production and production environments Support cloud platforms (PCF, Azure, Oracle Cloud) including environment setup, user access, and troubleshooting Ensure smooth functioning of SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) through configuration and ongoing maintenance Utilize APM and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.) for environment health tracking Enable automation for environment health checks using tools like Selenium Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective usage of test environments and resolve issues proactively Lead and mentor teams to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement

Technical and Professional Requirements:
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA) Strong understanding of DevOps pipeline integration and SDLC/STLC processes Experience with orchestration tools (Plutora, Enov8, etc.) Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead technical teams
