We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Administrator with strong expertise in BI platform administration, including Power BI administration, to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise BI environments. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance tuning, and security of BI platforms while supporting business intelligence initiatives.
Technical Requirements: 7–8 years of experience in BI platform administration
Strong hands-on experience with MicroStrategy Administration
Experience with Power BI Administration (Service, Gateway, Security)
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting
Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks
Additional Responsibilities: Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Cognos, etc.)
Knowledge of automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python)
Experience in DevOps practices for BI deployments
ITIL/process-oriented support experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
