Step into a role where you’ll shape how organizations digitize and automate their most critical business processes. As a Newgen Developer, you’ll work at the intersection of process orchestration, case management, and intelligent automation—building solutions on Newgen OmniOMS that improve speed, compliance, and customer experience. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and support teams to translate requirements into scalable workflows, integrations, and user-friendly experiences. With AI as a key capability, you’ll also help explore smarter automation patterns—enhancing decisioning, classification, and operational insights. If you enjoy solving real-world problems, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery, and continuously improving platforms in a collaborative environment, this role offers the right mix of impact, learning, and growth.
Technical Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing/configuring solutions using Newgen OmniOMS.
• Working knowledge of workflow/case management concepts, process modeling, and end-to-end delivery practices.
• Experience with integrations (APIs/web services) and strong troubleshooting skills across environments.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
