As an OpenText Exstream Developer, you’ll help design and deliver high-quality, personalized customer communications that power critical business journeys—statements, notices, letters, and digital outputs. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable Exstream solutions. In this role, you’ll balance precision and creativity—building templates and orchestrations that look great, render accurately, and perform consistently across channels. Technical Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:

- BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in document composition with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Exstream.
- Experience developing and maintaining templates, business rules, and dynamic content for customer communications.
- Strong debugging skills with the ability to analyze composition issues and deliver reliable fixes.
- Working knowledge of SDLC practices, version control, and release processes.
