Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Consultant

Technical Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as Functional resource
• Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and compensation management
• End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – Requirement Gathering, Configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment
• Experience in working Total compensation and Change statements
• Work experience in Fast Formulas
• Analyze compensation new features and regressing testing during upgrades
• Solution design, POC, Troubleshooting of issues

• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
