We are seeking a Senior leader responsible for driving the HCM Center of Excellence (CoE). The role involves providing strategic advisory to enterprise clients, and shaping growth, innovation, and delivery excellence across large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud engagements.
Technical Requirements: •18+ years in HCM domain with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
•Proven experience in leading CoEs, large transformation programs, and advisory engagements
•Strong track record in pre-sales, client engagement, and practice growth
•Deep understanding of HR processes, digital HR transformation, and emerging trends (AI in HR, experience platforms, workforce analytics)

•Strategic thinking with outcomes-driven execution
•Strong consulting, storytelling, and influencing skills
