Technical Requirements: Overall 8-10 years of experience in large Oracle ERP testing project
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM hands-on Functional/E2E/Integration/UAT testing experience in Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) modules and Payroll
• Expertise on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Accruals, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations, PPR (Payroll Parallel Run) in ERP applications.
• UK Payroll process experience is mandatory.
• Experience in developing Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Test Case Execution, Tracking and Reporting
• Experience in working with multiple IT/Business stakeholders, cross functional teams in onshore/offshore delivery model
• Experience working on PPR (Payroll Parallel Run), Agile Test Management and Test Execution tools
• Strong communication skills along with stakeholder management experience
