In this role, you’ll build and scale high-impact document composition solutions using Quadient Inspire, helping organizations deliver accurate, personalized, and compliant communications across print and digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA to translate requirements into reliable templates, workflows, and outputs—while continuously improving performance and maintainability. With an eye for detail and a builder’s mindset, you’ll contribute to modernizing CCM platforms by exploring AI-enabled enhancements such as content optimization, intelligent data handling, and smarter validation. Technical Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
• 3–5 years of experience in CCM/document composition with strong hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire.
• Proven ability to build and scale templates/components for high-volume communications with strong attention to detail.
• Experience troubleshooting template, layout, and data-mapping issues and delivering fixes with quality and speed.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and ability to support AI-enabled improvements in communication workflows.
