Scrum Master

Technical Requirements: Scrum Master(Agile Methodology, Client Handling, Reporting)

Additional Responsibilities: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5–9 years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodology and Scrum practices, including facilitation and coaching of teams.

• Proven experience in client handling, stakeholder communication, and managing delivery expectations.

• Experience creating and maintaining clear delivery reports and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting multiple teams or complex programs with cross-team dependencies and shared milestones.

• Strong reporting and storytelling skills—able to translate metrics into insights, actions, and clear executive-ready updates.

• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives using retrospective outcomes and measurable team health indicators.

• Strong facilitation skills for client workshops, requirement clarification sessions, and alignment meetings.

• Exposure to Agile scaling practices and working with distributed teams across time zones.
