About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, support, and optimize enterprise-scale Unified Communications and collaboration platforms within a regulated financial services environment. This role provides L3/L4 platform ownership, architectural validation, lifecycle management, system upgrades, security enforcement, and resiliency design across Cisco UC, SIP infrastructure, Oracle SBC, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, SSO integrations, and certificate management.
The ideal candidate demonstrates deep technical expertise, strong governance discipline, and proven experience operating mission-critical voice systems in a high-availability banking model.

Technical Requirements: Required Qualifications
• 7-10 years of enterprise Unified Communications engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP trunking, and Oracle SBC.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
• Advanced understanding of VoIP fundamentals (RTP, SRTP, codecs, QoS).
• Strong SIP ladder analysis and call flow troubleshooting capability.
• Experience managing TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle.
• Experience with SSO and identity integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL change management and CAB processes.
• Experience operating within regulated financial services environments.
• Working knowledge of Python and Ansible for automation alignment.
• Experience developing and deploying solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
