Responsibilities :
Create and maintain technical documents such as User Manuals, Service Manuals, Installation Guides, Maintenance Manuals, and Technical Procedures. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design documents to develop technical publications. Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Engineering teams to gather technical information. Ensure documentation complies with industry standards, customer requirements, and company guidelines. Review and update existing technical documents based on engineering changes. Develop illustrations, tables, diagrams, and workflows to improve document usability. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of technical content. Support document control and version management activities
Additional Responsibilities:
Experience in any Engineering domain such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Electrical, Electronics, or Manufacturing. Exposure to XML, SGML, Adobe FrameMaker, Arbortext, MadCap Flare, Adobe Acrobat, or similar authoring tools. Knowledge of document management systems and version control. Understanding of engineering lifecycle and product development processes
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Experience in Technical Writing / Technical Publication. Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of documentation standards and publishing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
