Technology analyst

Responsibilities :

Design and develop customer communication templates using SmartCOMM. Create and maintain correspondence for letters, statements, policies, invoices, notices, and customer communications. Configure document composition, formatting, and content management solutions. Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications and backend systems. Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and document generation processes. Perform template enhancements, defects fixing, and production support. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities. Ensure compliance with branding, regulatory, and customer communication standards. Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides.
