Technical Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in UKG Boomi
• Experience on UKG Boomi integrations
• Experience on Payroll/HR integrations
• Knowledge of API security (OAuth, tokens)
• Domain experience in Retail / HR
• Design, develop, and maintain Boomi integration processes
• Build and support integrations between:
UKG Pro WFM
HRMS / Payroll systems
Third-party applications
• Work with UKG API to extract the data and Build application
• Work on REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and middleware solutions
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and error handling
• Support integration deployments and troubleshooting (L2/L3)
Additional Responsibilities: • Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• One or two industry domain knowledge
