Technical Requirements: • Minimum 2years of experience in UKG Pro WFM (Kronos)
• Experience in UKG Pro WFM modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Activities (basic level)
• Understanding of workforce management concepts such as: Leave Management, Overtime rules, Employee Self-Service, Compliance tracking
• Experience with: Incident/ticketing tools (ServiceNow, etc.), Agile/Scrum environments
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of UKG Pro WFM solutions
• Work on configuration and functional support for WFM modules
• Assist in requirements analysis and validation with business stakeholders
• Participate in: System testing (SIT/UAT), Defect resolution, Deployments
• Handle incident management and troubleshooting (L2/L3 support)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Support process improvements and system optimization
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to standards
Additional Responsibilities: • Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• One or two industry domain knowledge
