Workday Technical Consultant

Technical Requirements: • Design and develop Workday Integrations and reporting solutions to meet business requirements
• Configure and maintain Workday Integrations, EIB, CC, Workday Studio, dashboards, and BIRT reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Integrations and Workday Studio functionality
• 2+ years of experience in leading the design, development and implementation of Workday HCM(Technical/Functional)
• Good experience in Workday integration, Workday report development, testing and validation
• Leads and manages the Technical Solution process/ design, release management
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics
