About the Role 

Glance operates one of the world’s largest owned-and-operated mobile surfaces, reaching hundreds of millions of users across US, India, LATAM, Japan and Southeast Asia. 

As Director – Programmatic Monetization, you will own the programmatic business end-to-end — from revenue and yield to demand partnerships, auction strategy, new monetization capabilities and the team that drives them. 

This is a global leadership role with direct accountability for building the next phase of Glance’s programmatic monetization engine.
