About the Role:
The role is in the Central Strategy team at InMobi. This team crafts and drives the Group’s strategy across several levels – overall corporate strategy, business-unit strategy, and the review and operating architecture that aligns execution to both – and drives strategic partnerships that act as accelerators for that strategy. You will be a core member of this team (part of the CEO's office) and report into the Strategy Lead (Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations). You will work closely with business-unit leadership, with exposure to the Founder & CEO (Naveen Tewari).
You will operate with the direct sponsorship and air cover from the CEO’s office - which is how you’ll engage business-unit leaders and their teams, and drive outcomes through influence rather than formal authority.
You will be based out of Bangalore. We operate in a work-from-office setup and encourage everyone to be in office 5 days a week. This role is a strong platform for leadership and business-ownership roles down-the-line – giving you an end-to-end view of how a company with multiple businesses works across domains, along with visibility and access to its founders and leaders.
