QA Automation - Senior Engineer

. Design and develop scalable and maintainable automation frameworks supporting multiple test types (UI, API, integration).

. Define automation strategies and identify opportunities to increase test automation coverage and efficiency.

. Optimize automation scripts for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

. Conduct code reviews of automation scripts ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

. Mentor team members in automation tools, frameworks, and coding practices.

. Create and maintain robust test data setup/teardown routines and reusable step definitions/utilities.

. Own automation solutions end-to-end, including framework design, execution stability, CI/CD integration, and results analysis.

. Produce, review and maintain test documentation and runbooks (execution steps, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding notes).

. Support defect triage and RCA for automation failures in collaboration with client teams and drive improvements to reduce flaky tests.

. Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation efforts with business requirements and release timelines.

. Drive improvements in CI/CD integration, reporting, and test execution processes.

. Demonstrates ownership in driving quality initiatives and testing excellence.
