Job Description

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location: Noida

Mandatory Skills:

Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Coding, Aura Components, Frontend Fundamentals (HTML5 + CSS3 + JavaScript), OOPS Concepts, REST APIs (Salesforce Integrations), Salesforce Sales Cloud

Key Responsibilities

. Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

. Define application design approaches and component architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.

. Lead development of reusable Apex services, Lightning components, and platform capabilities.

. Design and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions while supporting Service Cloud implementations where applicable.

. Define integration approaches and API interaction patterns using Salesforce REST APIs.

. Lead Salesforce integration initiatives with enterprise applications and external platforms.

. Establish development standards, coding practices, and Salesforce platform governance guidelines.

. Review application designs and code to ensure adherence to architecture, quality, and platform standards.

. Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues through detailed root cause analysis.

. Optimize application performance, maintainability, scalability, and user experience.

. Mentor team members on Apex development, LWC, Aura Components, Salesforce platform capabilities, and integration best practices.

. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end solution delivery.

. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Salesforce solution quality and platform excellence.
