Job Description
Role Overview Seeking an experienced Workday Technical Lead to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations and security frameworks within our Workday ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Build and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
- Architecture & Security: Oversee Workday security (Role-Based, User-Based, Integration Security Groups) and data architecture (XSLT, XML, JSON, APIs).
- System Optimization: Troubleshoot integration errors, lead bi-annual Workday release adoption, and optimize platform performance.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with HR/Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Workday technical development.
- Expertise in Workday Studio, Calculated Fields, and PICOF/PECI.
- Active Workday Integration Studio certification preferred.
