Sales Team Lead - EMEA

Karbon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Account Executives, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets.

As a Sales Team Lead, you will…

• Lead a team of Sales Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their targets
• Identify and manage leads and opportunities, demonstrating our company's value to potential clients
• Conduct demos of our platform, showcasing its features and benefits to potential clients
• Provide a first-class experience to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Optimise the sales process, continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive outbound engagement and call activity to expand the portfolio of prospects
• Create outreach sequences leveraging marketing content to secure meetings with decision-makers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our CRM system
• Use AI tools in day-to-day sales activities, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Karbon AI and AI-driven sales automation, to support prospecting, pipeline analysis, content creation, and strategic planning

About You:

Candidates with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply:

• Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of success, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Comfort and ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows

Desirable experience:

• Accounting, Tax, or App industry experience
• Previous experience working at a company that sells Workflow, Accounting, or Project Management software
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a sales or leadership capacity
