Position Summary
Kaseya is looking for an experienced Lead Product Analyst (Oracle SCM Functional) to drive standards, governance, innovation, and continuous improvement across its global Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems. This role will lead the maintenance, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications, primarily Oracle ERP/SCM, covering Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
The role will focus on optimizing end-to-end business processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing, and cost accounting. The position will also support integrations with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, GetPaid, ShipConsole, and Microsoft technologies.
The ideal candidate will combine strong Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM functional expertise with product ownership, business process management, data governance, and stakeholder leadership. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, GTM, and Accounting to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions aligned with Kaseya's global business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Product and System Management: Manage, maintain, and continuously improve Kaseya's Order-to-Cash and PTM business processes and back-office systems, including Oracle ERP, GetPaid, and ShipConsole.
- Business Requirements and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, GTM, and Accounting to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements for new features, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Functional Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the functional SME for core Supply Chain processes and their integration with other enterprise applications.
- Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into functional designs, technical user stories, configurations, and integration requirements in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Backlog and Roadmap Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring initiatives align with corporate strategy, business priorities, and operational objectives.
- Process Optimization and Automation: Drive process standardization, system automation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
