As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru-based team. As Senior Talent Partner, you will play a critical role in building the talent density that fuels our company's growth. We believe great companies are built by great people, and you will serve as a culture champion who helps business leaders meet ambitious business outcomes by building exceptional teams.
This is a hybrid role based out of Whitefield, Bengaluru. You will work UK hours (approximately 2:00-11:00pm IST) with occasional flexibility required to support business needs.
You will primarily own non-technology hiring for our Bengaluru innovation hub across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance (with occasional support on other roles as needed). You will do this as you strengthen the systems, documentation, training, and operational discipline that enable scalable recruiting. You'll partner cross-regionally to support global hiring initiatives and maintain consistency in tools, documentation, and quality standards in Konovo's Talent function without losing speed or ownership locally.
You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to every search. Behind the scenes, you will ensure our hiring bar remains high and our processes disciplined, efficient, and equitable. Externally, you will represent Konovo with professionalism and warmth, cultivating an exceptional candidate experience at every stage. As Senior Talent Partner, your work will be critical to our success.
