Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager - Mobile Application to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver a best-in-class mobile experience that drives user engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities: . Define the mobile product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. . Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. . Own the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile features - from discovery through delivery and optimization. . Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. . Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions. . Gather and prioritize feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to improve product performance. . Monitor key mobile KPIs (retention, engagement, app store ratings, crash rate, etc.) and implement strategies to improve them. . Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play guidelines. . Manage and optimize app releases, including beta testing and launch coordination. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus. . 6-12 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on mobile applications. . Proven track record of launching and managing successful mobile products. . Familiarity with iOS and Android ecosystems, design guidelines, and development processes. . Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello). . Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Mixpanel, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar. . Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. . User-centric mindset and attention to detail.
