. Serve as test engineering lead to resolve critical technical challenges.
. Develop test strategies for both functional and system-level validation, taking responsibility for planning and results.
. Lead new initiatives in functional and/or system co-validation, collaborating with industry partners to enhance effectiveness.
. Provide technical leadership to drive innovation and offer guidance and training to the team.
. Introduce industry best practices, with a special emphasis on implementing AI solutions for smarter validation and strengthening design validation competitiveness.
