Senior Solutions Consultant (Fixed Term Contract - 12 months)

The work location of this role is remote, meaning it will be performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval. As a Solution Consultant, you will be a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how our solutions can address their most important business challenges. You will translate customer goals and use cases into technical solutions, demonstrate value through compelling product and solution experiences, and recommend the right approach to deployment. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solution Architects to move opportunities from discovery through technical validation. This role operates on US-aligned working hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) to support stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities Partner with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, technical requirements, and use cases. Translate customer needs into clear technical solution recommendations and deployment approaches. Lead technical discovery sessions to qualify use cases and assess solution fit. Design and deliver customized product demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts. Clearly articulate the technical and business value of proposed solutions to technical and executive audiences. Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to support technical qualification and deal progression. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations early in the sales process. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and deployment requirements. Capture customer feedback and insights to influence product strategy and future capabilities. Support customers through technical evaluation and transition successful opportunities to implementation teams.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role. Understanding of software, APIs, cloud technologies, data, and enterprise technology environments. Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. Presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams in a customer-facing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise customers through complex technical sales cycles. Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, MCP, or other emerging technologies. Experience building technical demos, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts. Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies. Experience working with senior technical and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of enterprise security, data privacy, and deployment considerations.
