Job Description:
Wearelookingforadynamicandresults-drivenMarketingandLeadGenerationExecutivetosupportourbusinessdevelopmentefforts. Theidealcandidatewillberesponsiblefor
identifying,engaging,and qualifyingleadsfromtargetinternationalmarketsandexecutingleadgenerationcampaignstosupportpipelinegrowth.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Conductmarketresearchtoidentifypotentialclients(accountingfirms,SMEs,CPAs,IT,Startups,RealEstatedevelopersetc.)inAustraliaandNewZealand
  • GenerateandqualifyleadsviaLinkedIn,emailmarketing,andcoldoutreach.
  • BuildandmaintainadatabaseofprospectiveclientsusingCRMtools.
  • Collaboratewiththesales&BDteamtocreatetailoredoutreachstrategies.
  • Executeoutboundcampaignsandfollowuponmarketinginquiries.
  • Schedulediscoverycallsanddemosforthebusinessdevelopmentteam.
  • Monitorandreportperformancemetrics(openrates,responserates,conversions,etc.).
  • Createandoptimizeemailsequences,LinkedInInMailscripts,andmarketingcollateral.
  • Stayupdatedoncompetitorsandindustrytrendsintheoutsourcingandaccountingspace.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor'sdegreeinMarketing,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfield.
  • 1-3yearsofexperienceinleadgeneration,businessdevelopment,ormarketingroles,preferablyintheB2Boroutsourcingindustry.
  • Proven experience in targeting international markets-especially in the Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Hands-onexperiencewithLinkedInSalesNavigator,Apollo,HubSpot,orsimilarCRMtools.
  • Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
  • Abilitytoworkindependently
  • Familiaritywithaccounting/financeservicesisaplusbutnotmandatory.

  • Strongresearchandanalyticalabilities.
  • Tech-savvy
  • Comfortable working across time zones (if required for client follow-ups).
