Job Description:
Overseeingandmanagingallaspectsofthecompany'sITinfrastructure,systems,andsecurity.Thisincludesplanning,implementing,andmaintainingtechnologysolutionsto
supportthecompany'sfoodproduction,distribution,andsalesoperations.Theyalsoensuredatasecurityandcompliancewithindustryregulations.
KeyResponsibilities:
Overseeandmaintainthecompany'sITinfrastructure,includinghardware,software,networks,andservers,ensuringoptimalperformanceandreliability.
AdministerandtroubleshootITsystems,includingoperatingsystems,securitytools,applications,andemailsystems.
Implementandmaintaindatasecuritymeasures,suchastwo-factorauthentication,toprotectsensitiveinformation.
Managesoftwarelicenses,hardwareprocurement,anddeployment,ensuringefficientresourceutilization.
Providetechnicalsupporttoemployeesacrossalldepartments,addressinghardware,software,andnetwork-relatedissues.
Ensurecompliancewithindustryregulationsandstandardsrelatedtodatasecurityandprivacy.
ManagerelationshipswithITvendors,includingcontractnegotiationandperformancemonitoring.
ProvidetrainingtoemployeesontheuseofITsystemsandtools.
Collaboratewithotherdepartments,suchasmarketing,sales,andfinance,tounderstandtheirITneedsanddevelopappropriatesolutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor'sdegreeinInformationTechnology,ComputerScience,orrelatedfield
Minimumof5yearsofexperienceinITManagement
Abilitytoworkunderpressureandhandlemultiplepriorities
Excellentleadershipandcommunicationskills
