IT Support Executive (Networking & Hardware)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
. Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals
. Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS Office & basic applications
. Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches & Wi-Fi networks
. Handle hardware installation, upgrades & preventive maintenance
. Basic server support, data backup & system monitoring
. User account management (Email, system access, basic security settings)
. Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware & services
. Maintain IT asset inventory & documentation

Technical Skills Required
. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
. Hands-on experience with routers, switches & firewalls (basic)
. Understanding of IT security best practices
. Troubleshooting skills for hardware, OS & network issues

Preferred Qualifications
. Diploma / BCA / B.Sc IT / BE (IT/Computer)
. Experience in a corporate IT support environment
. Good communication & problem-solving skills
