Job Description:
KeyResponsibilities:
DefineandimplementQAstrategyacrossprojects.
LeadateamofQAengineersandcoordinatewithglobaldeliveryteams.
Overseetestplanning,execution,automation,andreporting.
Ensurecompliancewithclient-specificstandards,includingISO/CMMI.
Engageinclientdiscussions,audits,andreviews.
Mentorjuniortestersandsupportprocessimprovements.
TechnicalSkills:
Strongbackgroundinenterprise-levelQAacrossmanualandautomation.
MusthaveexperienceinclientcommunicationandshouldhavestrongCommunicationSkills.
Deepunderstandingofteststrategies,planning,andexecution.
Musthaveexperienceintopaymentsystemexperience.
ExpertiseintestautomationframeworksandCI/CDpipelines.
Experiencewithperformanceandsecuritytestingtools(e.g.,JMeter,OWASPZAP).
Leadershipskillsandexperienceinclient-facingroles.
Shouldbeabletoworkasanindependentperformer.
