Quality Planning (QA-QP)

vLead and Drive QA Projects: Take ownership of planning, execution, and delivery of QA-related initiatives across product and process domains.

vStrategic Planning & Timely Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, and ensure on-time completion aligned with quality and compliance goals.

vCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different division Parts Quality, Market Quality, New Model Development, and IT to ensure seamless project execution.

vProject Monitoring & Risk Management: Track progress using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts), proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

vReporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive project status reports and present updates to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.

vStrategic Learning Program Design: Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and QA functional requirements.

vTraining Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps and competency development areas within the QA team through structured assessments and feedback mechanisms.

vTraining Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with MSTA and other stakeholders to plan and schedule technical and behavioural training programs.

vTraining Execution & Monitoring: Ensure timely execution of training plans and monitor effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

vContinuous Learning Enhancement: Stay updated with emerging trends in learning methodologies, digital learning platforms, and instructional technologies to enhance training delivery.

vEmployee Engagement Initiatives: Organize and manage engagement activities such as Outbound Training, festival celebrations, and team-building events to foster a positive work culture.

vInternational Training Coordination: Facilitate overseas training programs.

vImpact Measurement & Reporting: Track training outcomes, prepare management reports, and recommend improvements for future learning initiatives.
