We’re seeking an HR Tech Intern to support MongoDB’s HR technology systems, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation. You’ll help make these systems easier to use through clear documentation, testing, requirements gathering, and training support.
What you’ll do
- Document system configurations, processes, and workflows for HR modules, ensuring the information is clear and complete.
- Create user-friendly guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for end users and HR Shared Services (HRSS) teams.
- Help gather and organize requirements for potential system enhancements and communicate needs to the development team.
- Work with stakeholders to validate documentation and keep it accurate and complete.
- Assist with developing and delivering training materials for system users.
- Test system functionality and configurations as part of quality assurance.
This role operates on rotating shifts: 2 PM–10 PM IST and 6 PM–2 AM IST.
What we are looking for in you
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR systems and technology.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness.

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours per week) for 10 consecutive weeks, from April through July. Interns follow the “in office” working model and are expected to be in their office location 3–5 days a week.
