Project Manager - PMP Certified

Job Purpose: Lead, manage the planning & execution of major Projects, which includes but not limited to: Growth Initiatives. T&D & FMCG (Product Enhancement Projects). Strategic Initiatives as needed This Project manager will drive Project execution excellence -- on-time, on-quality delivery. Job Responsibilities: Work with Leadership & Project teams to develop detailed Project plans. This includes: Schedule planning – Define Project tasks and build detailed schedule. Resource planning – Build plan for incremental FTE and contractors. Bring cross functional project team together, organize the activities for smoother execution . Constantly monitor progress against plan (schedule, resources) using appropriate tools. Evaluate Project status from schedule and quality perspectives, mitigates risks, resolves and /or escalates issue in a timely manner. Shared responsibility with teams in problem solving. Effectively communicate Project progress, risks/problems and solutions to stakeholders. Takes ownership & manages Project changes to achieve Project outputs. Effectively applies Project management methodology, improves project execution standards.
