About the Team Enterprise Marketing helps the world’s largest organizations understand, adopt, and scale AI. Our Executive Engagement programs bring OpenAI’s products, research, and perspective into the room with senior leaders as they consider how intelligence can be put to work against their most important priorities. These engagements are more than briefings or events. At their best, they help a leadership team understand what is changing, distinguish what is possible now from what is still emerging, and leave with greater clarity about what to do next. About the Role We are looking for a senior product marketer to shape how OpenAI’s products, research, and point of view come together in our most important executive customer conversations. You will shape the product-marketing strategy and narrative for these engagements, bringing together customer priorities, product truth, market context, and evidence to clarify what matters and help senior leaders understand what AI makes possible for their organizations. You will personally shape our highest-priority engagements while building narrative frameworks, proof, and resources that raise the quality of executive conversations across the enterprise business. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role for an exceptional enterprise product marketer who wants their judgment and craft to remain close to the work. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Research, Solutions, and OpenAI executives. You will help determine not only how we communicate our work, but which ideas matter, what evidence makes them credible, and how customer insight should improve what we do next. This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid model of three days in the office each week and offer relocation assistance. Given the customer-facing nature of the role, regular in-person participation in executive briefings and related preparation is expected and may require additional time onsite. In this role, you will: Shape the product-marketing strategy, point of view, and narrative for OpenAI’s highest-priority executive customer conversations. Turn evolving product capabilities, research, market dynamics, and customer evidence into original enterprise perspectives grounded in what is true and useful now. Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to connect each engagement to a meaningful customer priority, decision, or next step. Shape content architecture, claims, proof, speaker strategy, and executive preparation for priority engagements. Exercise strong judgment about what to include, what to leave out, and how to represent OpenAI’s capabilities and limitations precisely. Build reusable narrative frameworks, proof, and speaker resources that raise the quality of executive conversations at scale without making them generic. Translate recurring executive questions and customer evidence into stronger positioning, enablement, product feedback, and future engagement strategy. Establish strong working relationships across Product Marketing, Product, Research, Sales, Solutions, executive programs, and production to bring the strategy to life at a consistently high bar. You might thrive in this role if you: Have 10+ years of experience in enterprise product marketing, solutions marketing, strategic go-to-market, or a closely related discipline. Have personally owned positioning and messaging for complex technical products or platforms. Have developed original points of view—not simply adapted existing materials—and know how to ground them in product truth and customer evidence. Have shaped high-stakes C-suite conversations around consequential customer decisions and can operate credibly in the room. Are an exceptional writer and editor who can identify the most important idea, make hard choices, and turn complexity into a clear and compelling argument. Bring the technical judgment to engage credibly with Product and Research, interrogate claims and proof, and communicat
