About the Role We are seeking Software Engineers (Emerging Talent) to join our Applied Engineering team. You’ll work in a highly iterative, collaborative, fast-paced environment to bring our technology to millions of users around the world, and ensure it’s delivered with safety and reliability in mind. We value engineers who are self-starters, care deeply about the end user experience, and take pride in building products to solve customer needs. In this role, you will: Own the development of new customer-facing ChatGPT and OpenAI API features and product experiences end-to-end Talk to users to understand their problems and design solutions to address them Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, product managers, designers, and operations folks to create cutting-edge products Optimize applications for speed and scale Create a diverse and inclusive culture that makes all feel welcome.
