Senior Fusion Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer with strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Recruiting, and AI/Generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying intelligent AI agents and enterprise applications that automate business processes, enhance employee and candidate experiences, and improve operational efficiency within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

This role requires strong hands-on software development capabilities, experience building AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent orchestration frameworks, and a solid understanding of enterprise application integration and cloud technologies.

The successful candidate will be able to independently translate business requirements into secure, scalable, production-ready technical solutions, leveraging Oracle AI Agent Studio and modern AI development frameworks.

Required Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• 5â€8 years of hands-on software development experience, including experience with enterprise applications.
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience developing AI/Generative AI solutions or LLM-powered applications.
• Hands-on development or implementation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience with AI agent development, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and LLM-based application development.
• Experience deploying enterprise-grade AI applications with appropriate security, monitoring, and governance controls.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, working with JSON, and implementing secure application integrations.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and role-based access control.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, version control, testing, debugging, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of complex technical deliverables, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud, AI/ML, Generative AI, or cloud application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent agents integrated with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Recruiting.

• Build, configure, customize, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using Oracle AI Agent Studio.
• Develop custom applications, APIs, and integration components to extend Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
• Integrate AI agents with Oracle Fusion business objects, REST APIs, and enterprise services.
• Develop solutions that automate recruiting and HCM processes, improve user experiences, and streamline operational workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and development teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure AI applications adhere to enterprise security, data privacy, access control, and performance requirements.
• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of AI-powered applications and integrations.
• Contribute to technical architecture, code reviews, documentation, and software development best practices.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production AI solutions.
