We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.
By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.
About the Role:
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function supports Payoneer’s enterprise-wide risk governance, risk reporting, risk event management, issue management, risk assessments, controls and oversight processes.
This role will drive data, analytics, automation and AI-enabled transformation initiatives across the Risk & Resilience department. The role will lead enterprise risk data projects, strengthen risk analytics and reporting capabilities, and design and build practical AI-enabled solutions that improve Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) processes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine GRC process knowledge, system administration, data analysis, AI-enabled solution building and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will help improve how risk and governance teams operate by simplifying workflows, improving data quality, automating manual processes, enhancing reporting, and identifying where AI or in-house tools can complement existing GRC platforms.
The role is well suited to someone who is analytical, technically curious, comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment, and motivated to build practical tools that improve governance, risk management, compliance, audit and decision-making.
