Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to drive business growth, expand market share, and strengthen our merchant distribution network. The role involves leading a large sales team, driving EDC/POS device deployment, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence across the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Drive business growth, distribution expansion, and market share in the assigned region.
🔹 Increase EDC/POS device deployment, product sales, and market visibility.
🔹 Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
🔹 Plan market potential, geographical coverage, and territory allocation for Area Sales Managers (ASMs).
🔹 Communicate business plans, targets, and strategies effectively to minimize gaps between expectations and actual performance.
🔹 Monitor sales productivity, business performance, and quality parameters as defined by management.
🔹 Conduct regular audits and validate merchant acquisitions and sales transactions to ensure quality and compliance.
🔹 Lead and manage a large team of 5–10 TLs and 500+ indirect employees, driving accountability and execution excellence.
