Overview

  • Minimum 9+ years of overall experience in the end-to-end delivery and management of enterprise technology projects.
  • Having Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions, including design, development, implementation, and support of integration projects would be added advantage.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Python development, including scripting, automation, and application integration.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, and guiding technical team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Strong expertise in file transfer and integration technologies, including:
    • SFTP
    • Web-based file transfer protocols
    • GoAnywhere Agents
    • Microsoft Azure Blob Storage
    • Amazon AWS S3
  • Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Python scripts and automation solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platforms is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and reliable integration solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive project execution, and ensure successful delivery within established timelines and quality standards.
  • Experience with CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security standards related to file transfer and integration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and production support processes.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

  • Ready to learn and delivery projects in Go Anywhere MFT Tool.
  • Quickly able to adapt to new tools & Technologies.
  • Responsible for theend-to-end delivery of all GoAnywhere MFT projects, ensuring successful execution within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating across cross-functional teams.
  • Design, develop, and automate build and test processes, including the creation and maintenance of automated test cases.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members, fostering skill development and best practices.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication with project stakeholders and teams, proactively identifying and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and procedures, while maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Drive compliance with all governance and control requirements related to build activities, testing, code reviews, production deployments, and hypercare support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
  • Monitor project progress, quality metrics, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business and customer expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, automation, and overall delivery efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Proactive risk identification and mitigation mindset.

Qualifications

  • B. Tech Passout
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Minimum 5+ Yrs of experience in programing skills like Python.
  • Minimum 5+ Yrs of experience in Mentoring and leading teams.
  • Minimum 3+Yrs of experience in Go Anywhere Tool would be added advantage.
  • Minimum 3+Yrs of experience in Azure or AWS cloud based technology would be added advantage.
