 Ensure routine company law related compliances  Assistance in preparation of pre and post meeting documents for the board and general meetings, drafting of minutes and resolutions for the meetings  Preparation and filing of routine and event-based filing requisite e-forms with the Registrar of Companies  Preparation and updation of statutory registers of the Company  Good knowledge of FEMA provisions and assistance in related filings  Tracking applicability of various company law compliances for the group entities  Assistance in due diligence at various levels  Provide relevant corporate secretarial support under various jurisdictions
