• Platform Administration & Maintenance: Jira Software & Jira Service Management admin,AND CONFLUENCE, user access, configurations
• Enhancements & Optimization: Jira workflows, screens, custom fields, and automation rules.
• Integrations: Maintain and enhance existing integrations
• Process Support: Provide technical support and problem resolutionfor Jira-related issues based on ITIL best practices
• Governance & Change Management: Access control, audits, change implementation, upgrades
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
• Provide guidance on using the right apps to the users.
