Reddit is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team within our Large Customer Sales organization in the UK market. In this role, you will lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers, helping agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on Reddit’s fast-growing platform.

Actively coach, develop, and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers.
Recruit, retain, and grow a high-performing team while balancing resources effectively.
Keep a pulse on industry trends and use deep market knowledge to further develop your team and sharpen go-to-market strategy.
Provide thought leadership and guidance around account planning, partnership growth, and commercial execution.
Represent the interests of the UK business internally by championing sales narratives and initiatives aligned with client needs.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Enablement, Measurement, Insights, Creative Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance to support your team and unlock client growth.
Generate revenue growth by expanding partnerships with some of the world’s largest brands and agencies.
Navigate complex partnerships that span multiple lines of business, brands, and priorities.
Build and cultivate senior client and agency relationships, acting as an advocate for Reddit and your team with executive stakeholders.
Craft and execute a strategy that enables your team to exceed revenue targets across its book of business.
Advise sales leadership and product management on market opportunities, sales positioning, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
