- 23 years of hands-on experience in performance marketingGoogle Ads AND Meta Ads (FB/IG).
- Youve managed ad budgets that dont panic you.
- You understand buyer psychology, audience targeting, and pixel magic.
- Youre not just boosting postsyoure boosting results.
- Bonus: Youve worked in D2C, home improvement, or green tech campaigns.
What You'll Do:
- Create, run, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube Ads with laser precision.
- Manage Meta Ads like a proaudiences, creatives, A/B testing, and retargeting.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and tech teams to build high-converting landing pages.
- Keep an eye on KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CAC, CPLand know what to do when they drop.
- Help scale lead generation campaigns across residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
