THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Senior Technical Recruiter will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Talent Acquisition team, responsible for partnering with hiring leaders to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent in India. We believe that the most successful recruiting professionals have a passionate and supportive team behind them.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the full-lifecycle recruiting process, from application through offer acceptance
• Screening and sorting inbound applicants and communicating with candidates promptly
• Proactively sourcing and attracting top passive talent
• Conducting initial screening calls to assess fit and educate candidates on Salesloft and our interview process
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identify interview teams, gather post-interview feedback, and influence hiring decisions
• Supporting interview scheduling, reporting, and related administrative tasks
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future openings, keeping candidates warm and engaged
• Driving DE&I recruitment initiatives and assessing their impact against company DE&I goals
• Maintaining clean, real-time data in Greenhouse and using it to improve funnel conversion, time-to-fill, and candidate experience
• Continuously improving recruiting processes by identifying bottlenecks and using tools like Claude, Gemini, and Tines to automate and scale your work
• Serving as a brand ambassador for Salesloft

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a data-minded, results-oriented recruiter with a passion for continuous process improvement and a track record of owning requisitions end to end, from passive candidate generation and hiring manager partnership through offer close. You will work with a robust tech stack, including Greenhouse (our ATS), CandidateFYI, Claude, Gemini, and Tines, and use it to work smarter, move faster, and keep raising the bar on how we hire.
