l Role overview The Global Director, Global Technology Partnerships leads the Partner Technology Architect (PTA) team across ServiceNow’s technology ecosystem; hyperscalers, ISVs, and strategic technology partnerships spanning every geography. As the persistent partner-facing technical authority within the Partner Technology Acceleration Group (PTAG), this leader turns platform and AI depth into co-innovation at scale across ServiceNow’s technology routes to market. The role carries three accountabilities: accelerate adoption of ServiceNow’s full platform and AI portfolio through the technology-partner ecosystem; grow the paths to revenue that flow through the ServiceNow Store, co-sell, and partner-influenced motions; and build the architectural credibility that positions ServiceNow as the workflow engine of the enterprise AI market. It pairs deep technical leadership with business development accountability, architectural authority, and commercial impact in one seat. Why this role matters Technology partnerships sit at the highest-leverage, most complex edge of the ecosystem. Hyperscalers are partners and platforms at once, ISVs monetize their own intellectual property on top of ServiceNow, and frontier-AI and advisory partners move faster than any single motion can keep pace with. This leader sets the technical strategy that turns those relationships into repeatable, co-innovated solutions and gives the field a credible architecture to sell with. Without that technical authority, even the strongest partnerships produce integrations that never scale into revenue. Key responsibilities Ecosystem strategy and orchestration Define and drive the technical strategy for ServiceNow’s technology-partner ecosystem across hyperscaler, ISV, and strategic technology partnerships, so cross-partner patterns compound into ecosystem-wide momentum. Own the partner prioritization model weighing technical readiness, co-innovation intent, and customer pipeline alignment to focus PTA coverage where ServiceNow wins and grows. Translate PTAG and GPC strategy into ecosystem execution across every geography. Build repeatable, scalable enablement that extends the team’s reach beyond its own capacity—creating a reusable content payload for recruiting and onboarding ISV partners and for positioning hyperscaler as a route to market, then activating it through GEO SC leadership so field teams and partners can lead these opportunities independently rather than depending on the team for every engagement. Technical authority and co-innovation Lead the PTA team as the persistent technical authority for the ecosystem; technical discovery, architectural validation, and competitive positioning that accelerate partner-led opportunities. Drive AI-first co-innovation with partners, applying ServiceNow reference architectures and design standards to shape joint solutions and repeatable offerings. Accelerate partner-built solutions through the ServiceNow Store surfacing co-innovation opportunities, guiding certification-ready design, and coordinating go-to-market with partners. Grow partner mindshare, consumption, and solution quality by evangelizing ServiceNow platform and AI capabilities across the partner community. Executive partnership management Serve as the named ServiceNow technical counterpart to VP- and SVP-level leadership at each strategic technology partner. Represent ServiceNow’s platform and AI strategy at partner executive forums, joint steering committees, and industry events. Build trusted-advisor relationships with partner C-suite (CTO, CAIO, CDO) to shape practice investment and platform adoption roadmaps. Navigate coexist-and-compete dynamics where a partner may be collaborator, platform, and customer at once. Team leadership and talent Build, inspire, and develop the global PTA team, establishing clear career paths, succession plans, and talent pipelines to support ecosystem growth.
