Manager, Emerging TA Capabilities & Pilots

About the Team ServiceNow's TA Innovation & Infrastructure team sits at the intersection of talent acquisition and AI-native transformation. We pilot the tools, platforms, and workflows that will define how ServiceNow finds, evaluates, and hires talent, and we do it in direct partnership with our own product organization through our Customer Zero program. About the Role This is a brand-new role, created for someone who thrives at the center of the action: connecting dots across teams, keeping pilots moving, and turning fast-paced innovation work into a clear, compelling story. You'll be the execution engine four our TA Innovation roadmap, with a front-row seat to emerging tech evaluation and the pilots shaping our future tech stack. What You'll Do ● Own the innovation portfolio's rhythm: milestones, coordination, status reporting, and the communications that keep every stakeholder in the loop. ● Drive pilot program management from kickoff to results, tracking success, organizing workstreams, and following up on cross-functional teams’ reviews so nothing falls through the cracks. ● Coordinate RFIs for new technology, timelines, inputs, and documentation, as we evaluate what's next in candidate evaluation and beyond. ● Shape the innovation narrative, telling the story of the work in a way that builds momentum and confidence with leadership. You will own all TA Innovation updates to the broader TA&M organization. ● Serve as the cybersecurity point person for all administrative and fraud management needs.

What You'll Bring Experience in TA technology, program management, or innovation-adjacent roles within SaaS or a similarly fast-moving environment. A knack for organizing complexity, multiple pilots, stakeholders, and timelines, into something clear and easy to act on. You are intrinsically motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy in a role that flexes across execution, coordination, and reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can turn technical or in-progress work into a narrative that lands with leadership. A collaborative mindset. You'll work day to day with our Director of TA Innovation, and cross-functionally with our AI CoE, Cybersecurity, Product, Technology teams and more. Location: Open to remote or flex
