As an Experiential Storyteller, you will be responsible for creating and executing captivating, immersive, interactive, and scalable event experiences. This role creates engaging experiences for event attendees, that leave a lasting impact fostering brand awareness and product learning. This role requires mastery in collaboration and dot connecting, and a blend of organizational excellence, project management, and creative skills to bring brands and narratives to life in a captivating way. You are a talented event marketer interested in building an overarching narrative and strategy that brings the ServiceNow story to life across every Expo floor. You are an expert storyteller who is equally comfortable creating a messaging framework as well as advising on fabrication elements and can build engaging Customer, Product and Industry Showcases. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Direction: Collaborate across the Strategic Events and greater Marketing organization to develop a strategic plan for the Expo purpose, flow, and attendee journey. At the portfolio and event level. Team Leadership and Coordination: Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure ideas can be efficiently envisioned, ideated, optimized, and brought to life. Lead agencies, vendors, and internal partners to support and execute. Serve as a functional lead for the strategic direction of the Expo Experiences team. Develop Connected Storytelling: Help craft compelling and connected narratives that seamlessly bring attendees through an experiential learning journey at ServiceNow events. Ensure consistent messaging across multiple touchpoints, and assist in development of multimedia content, including videos, presentations, and interactive displays, that support the storytelling experience. Conceptualize Experiences: Collaborate with Event, Brand, Product, Sales, and Content Marketing teams to understand objectives, and develop creative concepts for immersive experiences that align with these objectives. Design Immersive Environments: Create physical and digital environments that immerse attendees in the ServiceNow story and event experience. This may involve designing sets, interactive installations, audiovisual elements, and technology integration. Drive Operational Excellence: Deliver impactful experiences that are operationally sound by driving end-to-end programs at a global scale, leading the expo experience planning cycle, the development of project plans, work back schedules, and budget strategy. Measure Impact: Assess the effectiveness of the experiential storytelling through attendee feedback, surveys, and metrics, and adjust as necessary. Budget Management: Ensure projects are executed within budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards. Audience Engagement & Wayfinding: Engage with attendees to guide them through the experience, answer questions, and create memorable interactions.
To be successful in this role you have: Expertise: 7-10+ years of event marketing experience building customer, product, and industry showcases. Experience in creating messaging frameworks and advising on fabrication elements. Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and activate insights throughout the creative process. Collaboration: Ability to lead conversations with multiple stakeholders, opinions, and possible outcomes and find an aligned and successful path forward. Storytelling: Experience in pulling together a product or brand narrative or participating in building a product or brand narrative and translating it to a physical experience. Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable of guiding teams and external partners effectively. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple projects. Proactive approach to leading initiatives that align with business needs.
