To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 6+ years’ experience in a commercial setting: Demonstrated ability to deploy machine learning solutions Proven track record solving industrial problems with data Experience evaluating and developing new machine learning algorithms Providing technical leadership to data science teams Strong background in statistics, probability, and machine learning Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to explain models in simple terms to a broader audience Solid software development skills and understanding of computer science fundamentals Strong proficiency with Python scientific stack (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, …) Experience with neural network-based NLP technologies (Transformers, BERT, etc.) desired Proficient in Java, SQL, source code control systems (git), and basic UNIX utilities Strong educational background (M.S.) in a quantitative discipline (Ph.D. preferred) JV20
